Description: Works on the principle of cutting / shearing materials in-between two sharp edges. Raw materials entering cutter in a spreaded fashion will get cut continuously in-between stationary and rotary knives. A perforated sheet will be provided at the bottom of the cutter which controls the size of output. Cutter is fabricated with heavy steel plate and with robust structure. The cutting knives are manufactured with precision using special steels toi retain sharp edge for long time.

Applications: Widely used for cutting dry red chilies to make chili, flakes / pizza topping chili, coarse granules of ginger, pepper, herbs, tea leaves, rose petals, turmeric etc. Best suitable for chili de-seeding in spice oils and oleo-resin industry. Also finds application in cutting plant materials, dried coconut, cellulose sheet and hosiery materials etc.
